Vera walked by the castle she knew very well. She remembered all the Barons fighting for power after the wars. Vera sighed. Life could never be the same. Vera walked on. She needed a job.  |

Gouda stops Vera in her tracks as she passes the castle, "Would you like to buy some bread?!...No?!...Well..."
Gouda's attempt to sell Miss Doodle bread failed. "What will I do with myself if I can't sell bread," Gouda said with a sigh, and walked on.

Vera stared at the strange dwarf (He appeared to be a dwarf at least) She didn't even answer the dwarf before he walked away.
